Mr.N Divakar, a Chemical Engineer and a Post Graduate in Petroleum Refinery Engineering, has a varied and valuable professional exposure of over 27 years in the field of Petro-marketing. As Head of Branding for the Retail Business Unit, he is primarily responsible for enhancing the proposition of Retail Brands in HPCL. He was instrumental in pioneering the service delivery as a Brand and created a niche for "Club HP" and "e-fuel station", the flagship retail outlets of HPCL.
Graduate Civil Engineer. Honors from. IIT, Roorkee 1977 batch. With Airports Auithority of India since August 1987. He has worked in various capacities for infrastructure development right from inception of the engineering wing. Responsible for large number of Terminal Buildings, airfield pavements and other infrastructure works. In the current assignment as Regional Executive Director (WR) responsible for Airports in Maharashtra and Gujarat, Union Territory of Goa, in addition Belgaum, Jabalpur, Bhopal and Indore in MP.
Head of the Business Unit , called the Super Circle of Excellence.
This Business unit, located at the Corporate Headquarters, oversees the performance of a select set of 700 Branches across the National Network against laid down bench marks and the performance is monitored by the Banks Board of Directors at bi-monthly intervals.
This Business unit is responsible for the implementation of retail initiatives of the Bank
Energetic, motivated and results-oriented, have a broad range of skills and experience. Managerial skills coupled with an ability to work with a range of modern communication and management tools which have made him an efficient professional. He specialize in creative & media consultancy, strategy & planning of domestic and international media.
A Chemistry major, Niteen did his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. A love for advertising drew him to JWT. This was followed by a stint in sales and marketing with Lakme – then India's largest cosmetics company.
