An alumnus of La Martiniere for Boys, St. Xavier's College, Kolkata and the Harvard Business School, Harshvardhan Neotia was conferred with Padmashri for his outstanding initiative in social housing in 1999. Mr. Neotia is the Chairman of CII National Committee on Real Estate and Housing. He serves as a member on the Board of Governors of Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata and is also the Honorary Consul of Israel in West Bengal.

An alumnus of Birla Housing School and St. Xavier's College, Kolkata, Sushil Mohta is now the Managing Director of Merlin Group. Born into a typical Marwari family, Mohta plunged into the family's ball bearing business full time, soon after completing his graduation. He decided to forge out on his own and in 1990 created the Merlin brand. The group is a trusted name in affordable housing and concept formats.

Biswadeep Gupta has over two decades of experience in franchising, business development, marketing and branding. With Eden City Group for last 14 years, Biswadeep heads the information technology training business conducted in association with IITs (Kharagpur and Delhi).

A Commerce graduate from Calcutta University, Gautam is a media professional with over 20 years of experience in media planning and buying, PR, event management and corporate image building services. Starting his career with Hindustan Thompson and later moving on to Euro RSCG, Gautam joined Mindshare in 2005 as Business Group Head and has been heading it since mid-2010.

Mr. Rahul Todi started his professional career in 1998 by setting up WDC Limited, a software development company, now a part of the Shrachi Group. In 2002 he joined Housing Development Limited, the real estate business as its Managing Director. Rahul has also been a part of revolutionizing the real estate face of Eastern India by launching 'Living Steel' in collaboration with TATA Steel with innovative housing solutions using steel.

Jitendra Khaitan, the young and vibrant CEO of Pioneer Property Management Limited has been instrumental in the transformation of the company from a humble beginning as a family business in late eighties into a leading corporate house in East India today.

Mahesh has been with Lintas Media Group for nearly a decade. Starting his career in media, he joined Ananda Bazaar Patrika an moved to Equus after a five year stint there. After successfully handling media planning and buying in Equus he switched to Starcom in 1998. LMG was the next stop for Motwani.

Bitan has a decade of experience in advertising agencies, brand management and in marketing. Currently working as the Assistant General Manager, Marketing with Hiland Group, Bitan has conducted various workshops on marketing and advertising at several business schools. He's also a visiting faculty at various business schools.
