Mr Jarry has been the driving force behind the creation and development of Central Parks I and II and the Pullman Hotel in Gurgaon.
A commerce graduate from Chandigarh, Harsh Kohli is also armed with an LLB degree from Punjab University and a post graduate diploma in Marketing and Sales Management from Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan, Chandigarh. Mr. Kohli has around a decade of experience in real estate. Earlier in his career, he sold real estate projects for companies like Emaar MGF, Unitech and TDI in Mohali and Chandigarh. Before dabbling into real estate and infrastructure management, he had distributorship of FMCG companies like Hindustan Unilever Ltd, ITC, Castrol India and Bharti Airtel.
Yudhvir Arora is an Economics graduate and is also equipped with an MBA in Human Resources from Bharatiya Vidya Bhawan. With more than 25 years of rich experience in Corporate Finance, Yudhvir early on in his career worked with IFCI Ltd. For the last four years, he's been associated with Parsvnath Developers and is in-charge of Marketing and after-sales services in Punjab.
Colonel R S Perhar served in the Armoured Corp of the Indian Army for 26 yearsand has a rich professional experience in telecom industry. He was the COO of Tulip Telecom, he served as the secretary of the Internet Service Providers Association of India (ISPAI), member of the Telecom Advisory Committee of the Planning Commission of India and as a member of the Bureau of Indian Standards for issues relating to setting national standards for telecom equipment radiation and products. Since last four years, Colonel Perhar is active in planning, design, development and sales of real estate projects in North India. He partners Stellar Infrastructure Development Co. that is coming up with residential and commercial projects in Chandigarh. Other than being active professionally, Colonel Perhar is an outstanding sportsperson having represented India in Rifle shooting in the Asian Games, the Commonweath Games and Asian Shooting Championship.
A graduate in Civil Engineering, Mr. Vinay Kumar is the chairman of Skynet Builders. He has an extensive experience of 25 years as a civil engineer and worked at senior positions in various departments of Government of Punjab. Skynet Builders have been active in the business of colonisation and construction of residential and commercial complexes in Punjab since 2004.
J K Sharma is a graduate from Punjab University and holds sales experience from companies like Goodlass Nerolac Paints and ICI Paints in Punjab. He is currently a partner in Future Estates, a real estate firm based in Chandigarh that has eben selling real estate projects of leading companies like Ansal, DLF and Omaxe since last eight years.
An alumnus of Shri Guru Gobind Singh College, Chandigarh armed with a post graduate diploma in Hotel Management, Mr. Anil Chopra is the chairman of PPR Group, patron of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) Punjab chapter, chairman of Ramada Hotel (Jalandhar) and Punjab BEd. Colleges Management Association. Mr. Chopra's brainchild PPR Group has successfully developed educational institutions, residential townships, villas, hotels, multi-storied residential flats, commercial complexes and multiplexes in Punjab. The group ventured into hospitality by opening five star hotel Ramada Jalandhar and two more hotels in Phagwara and Nakodar with Brand Country Inn and Suits are in pipeline.
A commerce graduate, Mr. Gursharan Batra along with pioneering initiatives to bring paradigm shift in the real estate industry is also steering initiatives in academics, marketing, industry and much more. To his credit lies an extensive experience of the real estate and retail industry, enriched with expertise at the development of knowledge centric infrastructure. He posesses a rich blend of extensive experience of the wholesale as well as retail business of apparels and has a chain of franchisees of various apparel brands. Mr batra is also the founder member of National Real Estate Development Council of India (NAREDCO).
An MBA graduate, Rajan Gill is currently the managing director of Hotels Radisson Blu and Park Plaza in Amritsar. Blessings Group that has projects currently running in Phagwara, Mohali and some other places in Punjab is currently developing the Blessings City in Amritsar having plots, floors, villas, studio and service apartments, clubs and Golf ground.
Dipin Preet Singh holds and MBA from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar and has over two decades of experience in Marketing and Corporate Communications. Having worked as VP - Marketing with Centurion Bank of Punjab and Head Regional Marketing (North) with HDFC Bank, Dipin Preet, since 2010 decided to forge on his own and started a Real Estate Marketing Company - West Coast Investment Solutions. At West Coast Investments, he takes care of retail and corporate sales of residential and commercial units of companies like Ansals, Parkwood, Ireo and Unitech.
