ZEE TV is getting increasingly serious about the late prime-time slots.

The general entertainment channel has announced the launch of two new serials in the 8.00 pm and 9.30 pm slots.

Kabhie Kabhie, the short stories series which starts from October 9, will feature three episodic stories every week. "The stories are women-oriented, relationship-based, traditional as well as contemporary," says a prepared note from the company. They feature well-known and acclaimed actresses like Bhagyashree, Ayesha Zulka, Varsha Usgaonkar and Anupama Verma to name a few.

Directed by Saurabh Sengupta, Kabhie Kabhie will be shown every Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 8:00 pm.

The second is a love story - Tum Bin Jaaoon Kahaan - which starts on October 12. To be telecast every Sunday to Wednesday at 9.30 pm, Tum Bin is the story of Muskan and Aryan, and their tryst with destiny. Produced by Aroona Irani, the Tum Bin cast includes Vikas Bhalla, Jividha Sharma, Anil Dhawan, Ram Mohan, Adi Irani, Uttkarsh Naik, besides Irani.
