Next Gen Publishing Ltd. At a press conference held at Delhi Secretariat today, Smt. Besides launching the FYP, Delhi, Mr. Billimoria in his welcome address also elucidated the various value-additions that have been introduced including the four-colour printing, CD version, online search engine with WAP enablement, easy-to-remember 24/7 teleinfo number—45454545, SMS service on 6161 and message alerts for advertisers.

Speaking at the occasion Smt. Sheila Dixit, Chief Minsiter, Government of NCT of Delhi said, “I am sure that this directory of large, medium and small business establishments would go a long way in generating more business and targeting potential customers in a most systematic way. Moreover free distribution of five lac copies would make it useful for more and more businesses and homes."

The fact that FYP, Delhi has been developed in a record time of 11 months amply exhibits NGPL's commitment towards making business information search process easier for users.

One amidst many first that FYP, Delhi features is four-colour printing, with alphabetical colour coded tabs/sections for faster search. Information available in the business directory can also be availed on phone by dialing the easy-to-remember 24/7 teleinfo service number—45454545. Users can also get information through the SMS service. All they have to do is send FYP DEL followed by FIND and to 6161 to receive the desired information. For example, if one sends 'FYP DEL FIND Travel Agency Chanakyapuri' to 6161, in the return




SMS they will receive the contact details of all the travel agencies in Chanakyapuri who have advertised with FYP, Delhi. The contact details of the user are instantly sent as an SMS to the advertisers. This acts as a valuable tracking mechanism and also helps in increasing the conversion from enquiries.

An intelligent search engine has also been put in place by Tumri Inc., one of the leading search engine companies based in California, USA. Users can search for the desired business information on the website http://www.fyp.in. The website has been made WAP-enabled for users wishing to access business information on their mobile phone browsers. In addition to their web listing, advertisers have an option to buy online advertising space as well.

FYP, Delhi along with its CD version will be circulated to five lac corporate, advertisers and users in Delhi. Booking for the next issue (2007 edition) will commence from June 15, 2006 onwards. The company is expecting well over 50% growth in the next issue based on the initial response and market feedback.
