National Geographic Channel and FOX Life bag 8 awards at PromaxBDA 2015

As a testament to its appetite for innovation, National Geographic Channel and FOX Life made an impressive statement by winning eight awards at the prestigious PromaxBDA India annual award ceremony. The 5 Golds and 3 Silvers won across 6 categories establish the network’s inventive and holistic approach towards creating campaigns that connect with audiences and marketers, also instituting their prolonged leadership in the infotainment category.

India’s preferred infotainment destination with highest numbers of Facebook fans, National Geographic Channel picked up 5 Gold awards- 2 for Air Crash Investigation- a show which features stories of astonishing survival and heart-breaking disasters of some of the most tragic air disasters. Science of Stupid and Brain Games- two shows that have been responsible for NGC leadership in the 9pm slot also won a gold each. FOX Life’s Life Mein Ek Baar- a roller coaster ride of four friends and their travel wish-list, thrilling escapades and heart-warming journeys also picked up a gold. The network also won 2 silvers for their popular shows IC814 and SoundTrek.
