Dainik Jagran flags Tricolor high at INMA, Washington D.C

Excellence is a continuous process and not an incidence. This is proved at INMA award night. The news industry’s most innovative initiatives were honoured in Washington (USA) by the International News Media Association (INMA) and Dainik Jagran, yet again flagged the Indian flag high. Amongst Indian newspapers, Dainik Jagran earned maximum awards for its spectacular initiatives and was adjudged ‘Best in South Asia’ newspaper brand.

The 2018 Global Media Awards competition garnered 830 entries from 220 media companies in 39 countries. Participants included newspaper media, magazine media, digital media, television media, and radio media. An international panel of 50 executives from 20 countries selected 195 finalists, and from those the first place category winners were announced at today’s Washington, D.C., awards ceremony.

Dainik Jagran bagged 7 awards – First Place awards in two categories - Best Idea to Grow Advertising Sales or Retain Advertising Clients for its campaign ‘Casino Grande- Gaming The Revenue Strategy’ and BEST NEW CORPORATE INNOVATION INITIATIVE for its campaign ‘957 Pages from a Daughter’s Diary’ . Daughters Dairy was also adjudged as Best in South Asia Global/National Brands.

Second place awards for Dainik Jagran went for BEST MARKETING SOLUTION FOR AN ADVERTISING CLIENT for “Conversations with Customers” and BEST NEW CONCEPT OR INNOVATION TO CREATE NEW PROFIT CENTERS for “Casino Grande - Gaming the Revenue Strategy”.

Third place awards for BEST PUBLIC RELATIONS OR COMMUNITY SERVICE CAMPAIGN for “Fields on Fire” and BEST IDEA TO ENCOURAGE PRINT READERSHIP OR ENGAGEMENT for “A Glass Half Full”.
