Nagesh Rajanna has joined Future Generali India Life Insurance Co Ltd as the Chief Sales & Business Development. Nagesh will report to Jayant Khosla, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Life.
Nagesh is a Post-Graduate in Management (MBA) from Mysore University. He comes with a total experience of more than 19 years in the FMCG & Service industries. He has previously worked with organizations, very well known for their distribution strength. He has also successfully turned around businesses in Tamilnadu, Kerala, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, and Nepal. He joins Future Generali from Airtel where he was the CEO of one of their most successful circles namely Uttar Pradesh.
His key role and responsibility in the company would be to create the distribution infrastructure across the country. To ramp up the manpower both in the agency and the alliances channels. Setting up relationships and expanding the alternate business channels like corporate agents, brokers and bancassurance tie-ups. Building a robust business model for sales.
Commenting on his joining Jayant Khosla CEO of Future Generali India Life Insurance Company said, Nagesh has over 19 years experience, of working in FMCG and Service sectors and his acumen in designing, developing, and executing strategic business plans and extending the distribution platforms would help us in ramping up our network fast and build up our business model.
