It was a regular Sunday afternoon, people were out shopping with their family when at a store a few people swarmed together to enquire about return gifts for their kids first birthday. Startled, a young man- entered the store, interested in the conversation that was happening, he overheard a few things “We want the same product- about 50-60 of them” “If not the same product, then maybe something similar? We want in bulk!” “Please see if you can manage somehow?”
He couldn’t help but notice how the family was running out of patience and yet so helpless!
Curious to offer some advice he said- “Maybe I can help”
Within the next 1 hour this gentleman managed to get the family in touch with a reliable vendor of their desired product and arranged for the return gifts of their choice in bulk.
This marked the beginning of something new for this man. It was the beginning of an idea.
