Publicis Groupe has launched MS&L Group -- a public relations and events network that brings several entities under one umbrella: MS&L Worldwide, Publicis Consultants Worldwide, JKL, Winner & Associates, TMG Strategies, PBJS, Relay, Capital MS&L, Hanmer MS&L, Carré Noir, SAS, Masius and Publicis Events.

Jaideep Shergill, partner and member, Co-operate Leadership Team, Hanmer MS&L, says, "MS&L Group has arrived as a global consolidation, because working with so many brands under one roof is going to be a significant experience. The collaborative engine will thus help in approaching bigger clients, as well as extending the best of services to them while migrating on a global platform. Our goal is to become the top PR group in the world."
The MS&L Worldwide Group had only 1,500 employees; while MS&L Group employs more than 2,500 people in 50 countries.
Olivier Fleurot has been named as the chief executive officer of MS&L Group. Fleurot looks after assets such as PublicisLive, Publicis Meetings, Emotion, Freud and Kekst and Company, all of which are under Publicis Groupe.
Fleurot says, "We will induce the best of practices and knowledge to provide our clients appropriate servicing, thence gratifying their unprecedented needs. Our network, under one brand, one leadership team, and a common purpose, will be able to meet the newfound challenges."
Fleurot reports to Maurice Lévy, chairman and CEO of Publicis Groupe, who adds, "The formation of MS&L Group will tender the best in PR, corporate and events communications to our clients. We will utilise our soundest resources to build a premier network in this field. Olivier has done a remarkable job by putting the collaboration together and we hope that the newly formed group will contribute to the growth engine of Publicis Groupe."
Fleurot's management team for MS&L includes Pascal Beucler, senior vice-president and chief strategy officer; Isabelle Chouvet, chief operating officer, Emotion; Fabrice Fries, president for French operations; Trudi Harris, communication director; Anders Kempe, president for European operations; Sophie Martin-Chantepie, human resources director; Peter Miller, chief financial officer; Glenn Osaki, president for Asian operations; John Rossant, executive chairman, PublicisLive and Jim Tsokanos, president for the Americas operation.
