Purnendu Bose, COO Hungama TV, has put in his papers. UTV.

Bose is moving to SaharaOne as its COO and is scheduled to join on April 1. He will be reporting to Shailendra Singh, the chief executive of the entire SaharaOne Group.
Bose will be replacing Karuna Samatani, the present COO, who is expected to be handling other responsibilities within the group. Several attempts to contact Karuna Samtani went futile.
Bose says, "SaharaOne, being a general entertainment channel, will provide a better career opportunity for me."
As per an official communique released by Hungama TV, Bose's responsibilities at Hungama will be handled by Ronnie Screwvala, CEO, UTV. UTV is the parent company of Hungama TV.
Prior to joining Hungama TV, Bose has had stints with the STAR Network, where he was vice president - special projects, and was also actively associated with the launch of Radio City and STAR News.
