JWT regains Rs 6-7 crore Unitech account

Barely months after it lost real-estate company Unitech’s account to Mudra, JWT has got it back. The size of the business is estimated to be Rs 6-7 crore

Barely three months after losing real-estate company Unitech’s account to Mudra, JWT has bounced back with Unitech’s creative duties in its bag. Sources within the company confirm that the size of the business is around Rs 6-7 crore.

Confirming this development to agencyfaqs!, Rohit Ohri, senior V-P, JWT, said, “JWT has done some really fabulous work for Unitech. It’s really our work that has helped us win this account back.”

Agrees Paromita Sengupta, deputy general manager, corporate communications, Unitech, “As JWT understood our business requirements and has done really good work for us, we re-thought and decided to give them the account once again.”

Now that the account is back, what is the challenge before JWT?

Ohri says, “We hope to partner Unitech in their ambitious growth plans.”

Engaged in the business of construction, real-estate development, hospitality, education and family entertainment centres, Unitech has emerged as one of the largest growing companies in its segment.

The group is well-known among high-net-worth (HNW) clients for its premium housing and commercial projects such as the World Spa, Uniworld City, Global Business Towers and Signature Park. The group also has extensive plans for new townships and technology parks, apart from new residential projects and commercial buildings.
