Chadha has joined Adfactors Advertising as director, client servicing. He has moved from Beehive Advertising, Delhi, after a year long stint, where he was senior vice-president.
According to Chadha, the move is totally for better career options. He says, "Adfactors specialises in IPO business, which is my forte. The agency will give me a chance to be back into business, when the IPO business is growing tremendously in India."
On his experience in Beehive Advertising where he was for a year, Chadha says, "Beehive was basically into travel and tourism and it was time for me to move beyond that. Adfactors provided me that platform as it deals mainly with IPO business."
Chadha, with a total experience of 24 years in advertising, has worked in senior positions with agencies such as Clea, Pressman, Percept, Arms Group and Headstart Advertising.
Chadha has worked on campaigns such as BSNL's CellOne, Escort tractors, Tupperware, VLCC, Personal Point, to name a few. He says, "At Clea Advertising, I got to work on the IPO business. I was also completely responsible for the turnaround in Pressman. These have been some of my biggest achievements so far."
