Triton bags the advertising duties for Neelkamal Plastics

The size of the business is estimated to be worth Rs 5-7 crore

Neelkamal Plastics, which was being handled by Bates Enterprise till recently, has now moved to Triton Communications. The business will be handled by Triton’s Mumbai branch, which is headed by Anil Sanjeevan, executive director, Triton Communications, Mumbai and Pune.

Interestingly, Sanjivan has worked on this business earlier, too, during his stint at Bates Enterprise (then Enterprise Nexus). And with Sanjivan's move from Bates Enterprise to Triton in February (post the Bates and Enterprise Nexus merger, late last year), the business has moved with him.

The size of the business is estimated to be around Rs 5-7 crore. Triton will handle both the creative and media duties for this account. Neelkamal Plastics is a leading player in the moulded furniture business.

Apart from manufacturing plastic chairs, tables, stools and various other items of household furniture, Neelkamal Plastics has lately expanded its product portfolio by introducing a range of premium sofa sets and cupboards in the same category.

As per what senior executives at Triton have to say, there will not be any major change in the advertising strategy and conventional media such as television, print and radio will be used widely as usual.
