Communications, Mumbai, has bagged the advertising duties for Mangal Keshav Securities Ltd (MKSL). This is the first time that MKSL will be advertising itself on a national level.
The size of the business is expected to be Rs 4-6 crore. Wavelength will handle both the creative and media duties for the business.
Rakesh Damani, vice-president, sales, MKSL, says, "Wavelength was very original and creative in presenting us an overview for the future course of the business. It perfectly captured the feel and the spirit of the financial freedom that we want to provide our clients."
Commenting on the win, Kajori Jain, business development manager, Wavelength Communications, says, "I think what really impressed the client was the strength of our creative ideas and strategy in positioning them as the leading financial advisors in the country."
Uday Parker and Veynz Nayr, joint national creative directors, Adfactors Advertising, who also act as consultants with Wavelength Communications, presented the initial base for the business by presenting the client with the logo and other art work. Parker says, "The campaign for MKSL is still in the pipeline and is expected to hit the market in the coming one or two months."
The media mix for the business will consist of both television and press advertising and it will include other kinds of promotional activities as well. Some of the other clients of Wavelength Communications are Furniturewalla, Infinity, Ramada Plaza Palm Grove, Utopia, Sunnex, WaterMaker and Birla Sun Life.
For the record, MKSL has a network comprising more than 100 branches and franchises with a presence in more than 50 cities across India. It caters to the needs of retail investors, corporate houses and institutional investors. It has been an established member of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) since 1939 and a member of the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd (NSE) since 1995.
