Dentsu Q-Pro bags Convergys

The estimated size of the business is Rs 4-5 crore

Dentsu Q-Pro, Delhi, a specialist division of Dentsu Marcom that works in the area of recruitment and employment advertising, has bagged the advertising duties for Convergys. Lowe, Delhi, was the incumbent agency on this business.

The pitch for the business, which is estimated to be around Rs 4-5 crore, happened around three months back.

Executives at Convergys have confirmed this development to agencyfaqs! A senior executive from Convergys, says, “Dentsu Q-Pro did a better job by presenting influential creative ideas along with the right strategic inputs to attract people to join Convergys.”

Dentsu Q-Pro was launched early this year to service both Dentsu Marcom’s clientele and also its own clients. Convergys will be its first own client for the agency.

For the record, Convergys India is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Convergys and the first 100 per cent owned US outsourcer in India. It offers a diverse portfolio of customer care solutions in Indian facilities including customer care services, simple-to-complex technical support solutions, marketing/sales programs and back-office BPO.
