Media Direction is AOR for Skyline Constructions and Housing
Media Direction has been awarded the media duties for Bangalore-based Skyline Constructions and Housing. The account size is about Rs 7 crore
Bangalore-based Skyline Constructions and Housing has decided to award its media duties to Media Direction, being earlier handled by Chennai-based CMM Advertising. It is learnt that a pitch was held around two months ago.
The creative duties for Skyline are with i-Contract since the past six months. The business was earlier handled by RK Swamy/BBDO Bangalore.
“We liked the approach put forth by Media Direction. The proposition the agency presented was compelling and substantial. We are confident that they will play a big role in our brand’s development and work closely with the creative agency while providing advertising and media solutions”, said Dhiraj Prabhu, general manager, Marketing, Skyline.

The media mix will comprise multimedia campaigns including print, television, outdoor, digital, cinema, radio, direct marketing and events. It will also include innovative media.
Skyline Constructions and Housing is a real estate company and is now in the process of revamping its brand image as the company will launch some more projects soon. It has recently signed Rahul Dravid as the brand ambassador.
