Pepsodent man Shriram Iyer quits Lowe to join Leo Burnett

Shriram V Iyer is serving out his notice period at Lowe. He is slated to join Leo Burnett in March 2007 as an executive creative director

Leo Burnett, Mumbai, will soon have another feather in its creative cap. Shriram V Iyer, creative director with Lowe and the creative brain behind the Pepsodent campaigns, has put in his papers to join Leo Burnett beginning March 2007. He will join Leo Burnett as executive creative director and will be one of the three ECDs at Leo Burnett. The other two are Nitesh Tiwari and Santosh Padhi.

Iyer, who has been with Lowe since 1998 (then Lowe Lintas), declined to comment on the development. But confirmed sources have informed agencyfaqs! that Iyer is currently serving his notice period, which ends on February 15.

Iyer, a commerce graduate, began his career as a copy writer at Lowe Lintas in 1998 and since then has climbed the ladder of success rather rapidly. He has worked on various accounts and specially on brands such as Axe and Pepsodent for the last two-three years. He has also worked on brands such as Rexona and Kissan.
