BPTP looks for a second agency
BPTP, it seems, is walking the way the other real estate giants such as DLF, UNITECH, Ansals and Parsvnath Developers have treaded in the past. All of these clients have multiple agencies on board.

A source close to the development has informed agencyfaqs! that the portfolio of projects at BPTP is expanding and so comes the need to hire a new agency. Chances are that the new agency which comes on board may end up handling a new project. Though agencies have yet not been invited, the BPTP management will soon take a call on the pitch.

BPTP is currently handling multiple projects spread over retail, townships, residential, and commercial. It has a pan Delhi-NCR presence. BPTP's residential project Parklands and Park Grandeura are being developed and have created quite a buzz in Faridabad. BPTP plans to have a pan India presence in future.
