In the process, the brand under JWT’s custody, Everyday, has been moved to Publicis India. The range includes Everyday Dairy Whitener, Everyday Slim and Everyday Ghee. The reshuffling has been done keeping in mind the understanding and category knowledge of its roster agencies, which include JWT, Publicis, Lowe and McCann-Erickson.

JWT handles chocolates and confectionery brands such as Kit-Kat, Munch and Milkibar. Publicis looks after milk products such as Milkmaid and ready-to-eat food such as Maggi. Lowe manages sugar and confectionery brands Polo and Nestle Eclairs, while McCann-Erickson handles beverage brands such as Nescafe Classic and Sunrise and Nestle Milo.

The media duties for Nestle are with Zenith Optimedia. The media spends for Bar-One and each Everyday brand is close to Rs 2 crore each.

Nestle India is a subsidiary of Nestlé SA of Switzerland. In 2004, Nestlé operated 500 factories in about 100 countries and offered more than 8,000 products to consumers. In India, it is headquartered in Gurgaon and has branch offices in Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata.
