The OOH market, one of the oldest markets in existence, is worth around Rs 900-1,000 crore. As part of the gradually growing organised OOH market, BIG Street shall offer a wide range of advertising options on billboards and street furniture, and in multiplexes and malls. The company has acquired the advertising rights for displays at Delhi Metro stations, which shall soon be available to advertisers.

Talking about Willis, Bhokare says, "Looking at the function that he is to execute, Willis brings in an excellent track record and rich experience which shall work wonderfully for BIG Street."

An MBA, Willis started working at the age of 19; he began as an executive at Maini Group-the company which manufactured Reva, India's first electric car. He worked there for eight years, and stepped out as marketing manager. Moving on he joined Serve & Volley, where he began as manager, business development and was with the company for around five and a half years. He was instrumental in building the company from scratch, and left as country head.

Following his stint at Serve & Volley, he joined Poster Publicity India, as national director, for a short period of four months. At Poster Publicity, he was profit centre head, and was involved in planning and generating new businesses.

Willis opines, "At BIG Street, we wish to re-invent and define the OOH medium- that's the prime focus for us."
