Manish Porwal, managing director, Starcom India, West and South, says, “The business comes with challenges. Handling the entire Kotak portfolio, including all of Kotak’s financial services and divisions, is a challenge in itself.” Porwal spoke about the fast changing consumer mindset with respect to finance. He laid emphasis on capturing this consumer mindset.

Starcom is particularly elated about this win. “I am feeling most comfortable post this pitch,” says Porwal.

Kotak was looking for an adviser, custodian, partner and manager. Starcom, with its motto, ‘Connections that captivate’, turned out to be a perfect fit.

“In its immediate plan of action, Starcom will learn from Kotak and give advertising expertise to the company, making it a two-way relationship,” concluded Porwal.
