Branded lenticular displays to go up between Churchgate and Virar stations

Network Media Solutions has bagged a three year contract from Indian Railways to put up 360 branded lenticular displays at 90 platforms and 28 stations between Churchgate and Virar

Network Media Solutions, a digital OOH company, has bagged a three year contract from Indian Railways to put up 360 branded LED clock-cum-lenticular displays between Churchgate and Virar stations in Mumbai.

Ajaz Memon, director, Network Media Solutions, says, “Almost 30 lakh passengers travel daily between Churchgate and Virar. To grab the attention of these commuters, the advertisers on an average buy four-five sites at one station. Moreover, these sites are not uniform, but scattered across various stations. With the installation of the lenticular displays, the advertisers will get enhanced coverage across every station with the advantage of displaying three creatives in one box. Now advertisers can have one unified option to target close to 10 crore eyeballs per month through this medium.”

Network Media Solutions will install four displays per platform. There are a total of 90 platforms and 28 stations between Churchgate and Virar. Currently, the company is offering only two packages per month to its clients. This means only two clients will be allowed to display their messages on the lenticular displays in a month. Therefore, each client will be allotted two displays per platform in a month. This translates into 180 displays per client per month.

The cost of printing three creatives for one box is Rs 1,000. The total cost of printing across 180 displays will add up to Rs 1,80,000. Apart from the printing costs, the clients will be charged Rs 15,00,000 per month to hire the 180 displays. If the clients do not wish to change their creative every month, they can cut down on the Rs 1,80,000 printing costs.

The installation work for the screens is under way and they should be operational in 10 days’ time.
