The non-stop music channel is available in 10 genres such as new Hindi movie hits, old classics and old English classics. The music is also available in local languages such as Gujarati, Bhojpuri, Kannada and Tamil. The subscribers can get additional information about the songs through the channel.

Currently, the service is available in Baroda, Surat, Kanpur, Bengaluru and some cities in Karnataka.

Vikas Bali, president, DEN, says in a statement, “This is in tune with our promise to deliver wholesome entertainment to homes, which is not limited to channels alone but offers a suite of innovative and engaging interactive services.”

In January 2008, STAR India and DEN entered into a joint venture called STAR DEN India to exclusively distribute the 17 channels of STAR India through cable, DTH (direct-to-home), IPTV and other platforms. The company is also seeking third party channels to add to its bouquet. This company also distributes the channels of Network18 such as CNBC18 and CNN-IBN.
