Vizeum India is media AoR for Sanyukta Developers

The account is worth Rs 10 crore, as per market estimates

Vizeum India, the media company under Aegis Media, has bagged the Sanyukta Developers account. The account size is estimated to be around Rs 10 crore.

Vizeum will integrate with internal partners to provide appropriate solutions to Sanyunkta Developers. Carat Fresh will handle the communication strategy and creative development; while Posterscope and Isobar will provide support on the OOH and digital fronts.

Sanyukta Developers was established in 2004 and has ventured into the development of premium luxury townships and group housing. It has more than seven projects in places such as Dehradun, NOIDA and Bengaluru. The company has aggressive plans to develop affordable housing in tier 2 and 3 cities.
