Percept-Brand Gallery to offer brand solutions to broadcasters

The Brand Gallery is a creative boutique offering strategic brand solutions to clients. Its area of expertise lies in providing services to media and entertainment brands

Percept has struck a business alliance with the Greenwich Connecticut based brand design entity, The Brand Gallery.

The Brand Gallery is a creative boutique offering strategic brand solutions to clients. Its area of expertise lies in providing services to media and entertainment brands. The American organisation has to its credit clients such as HBO, CNN, ABC Network, BBC, ESPN, AXN, CBS Network and Bravo.

As part of the alliance, Percept India will facilitate The Brand Gallery's physical presence in India. Though all the creative work will continue to be executed and delivered from the organisation's office in the USA, the clients will be serviced from India. There will be dedicated servicing teams for each client.

In India, the Percept-Brand Gallery business will be headed by Sanjay Ahire, chief operating officer, Percept Pictures. In an official communiqué, Ahire says, "Our association with The Brand Gallery will enable us to inundate the Indian market with additional services for the media sphere. This will add tremendous value to any broadcaster in a market, which is experiencing intense competition and increased consumer fatigue."

Currently, the branding and strategic solutions business is estimated to be worth about Rs 50 crore.

Percept-Brand Gallery is looking at tapping media brands which are seeking fresh design and distinctive visual identity. The alliance senses big opportunity in a market with more than 250 channels, where, going by conservative estimates, a large number of the players will be looking at refreshing their look and content every two to three years.

Iain Greenway, chief creative officer, The Brand Gallery, states, "With our creative expertise and Percept's proficiency, Indian businesses will have communications solutions that are completely incisive and creatively unparalleled."
