He is all set to join Maxus as client leader in September

Ramachandran Venkatasubramanian, vice-president, Lintas Media Group (LMG) is leaving the agency. According to reliable sources, he is all set to join Maxus India's Delhi office as client leader, where he will report to Mausumi Kar, general manager, Maxus Delhi.

However, when contacted, Venkatasubramanian (popularly known as Venkat) refused to comment. On her part, Maxus' Kar replied, "We can't confirm any news until someone joins the organisation."

Venkat has been associated with LMG since 2000, and currently handles the Maruti account at the agency. He has over 17 years of experience.

This is the second senior-level appointment at Maxus, Delhi in recent times. The agency recently appointed Shashank Gawade, as client leader -- brand activation. Gawade has, in the past, been associated with GroupM Activation. In his new role, Gawade is responsible for working in-sync with business teams to generate new brand activation projects for Maxus clients located across the country.
