At Network Advertising, Vaidya will report to Vinod Nair, managing director, Network Advertising. He has already had a couple of stints at the agency earlier.

Confirming the development, Vaidya tells afaqs! that the chance to do more good work takes him back to Network.

"It has been a long time since I last worked there (Network Advertising). Both the agency and I have grown. It is not a matter of going back to a comfort zone. Of course, a few of the old people are still there - but Network is a completely new agency now," he says.

Vaidya began his career in 1995 with Spear Advertising. Besides Network Advertising and Euro RSCG, he has also worked with agencies such as Lowe Lintas and Triton Communications.

While at Euro RSCG, he worked on several significant campaigns on leading brands such as Dainik Bhaskar (Zid Karo campaign), HDFC Bank and Bharat Petroleum, among others.

On the time spent at Euro RSCG, Vaidya says, "It has been a wonderful time. I grew both professionally and as a person. It was particularly wonderful to work with Suman Srivastava."

During his career, he has worked on several brands including Reckitt Benckiser, Johnson & Johnson, Aquaguard, Jet Airways, Thomas Cook and Cipla.
