Mudra West appoints Priyanka Rishi as senior V-P

Mudra West has roped in Priyanka Rishi as senior vice-president. Rishi will be based in Mumbai, and will report to Arijit Ray, president, Mudra West.

Rishi's mandate is to handle the FMCG and infrastructure verticals of Mudra West for clients such as Godrej, HCC, Incredible India and Emami. Apart from this, she will also help with new business developments in the office.

Commenting on her new role in Mudra West, Rishi says, "The agency is a large communication group with positive work culture and a sharp vision. It has re-defined the way agencies have traditionally seen themselves. I look forward to work with them."

In an official communique, Arijit Ray, president, Mudra West says, "With Rishi joining our team, it is another step towards bringing quality talent to strengthen the senior leadership team at Mudra West. Her experience across a wide spectrum of brands and categories in some of the good agencies will help our FMCG and infrastructure vertical to grow."

Rishi started her career way back in 1996 with Ogilvy, Delhi, and later, shifted to Publicis Ambience as associate vice-president. She then joined JWT as vice-president and client services director, before moving to Asset Care Advisory.

During her career span, she has worked with an array of clients such as Electrolux Kelvinator, Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC), Satyam Cineplex, Pond's Skin Care, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation (MTDC), Coca-Cola India (Sprite, Limca, and Kinley Mineral Water), Dove, Lakme, Westside, Godrej, SET Max, and Thomas Cook, among others.
