E18 ropes in Navneeth Mohan as senior vice-president
His mandate will be to spearhead E18's growth in India by delivering tailor-made brand solutions across the company's diverse client portfolio.
E18, the event management agency and brand solutions provider, and part of Network18, has roped in Navneeth Mohan as senior vice-president.
Mohan, who will be based in Mumbai, will report to Farhad K Wadia, chief executive officer of the company.
Talking to afaqs! about his own appointment, Mohan says, "It is an opportunity that comes once in a while. In BIG Live, the job was to start everything from scratch, and here, it is to take a company to the next level, which is already in existence for the last four years."
Mohan will spearhead E18's growth in India by delivering tailor-made brand solutions across the company's diverse client portfolio so that the specific brand needs of clients are met. He will also look after corporate events and brand activations that the company undertakes.
It is to be noted that E18 plans to soon go international by opening offices in places such as Dubai, very soon.
Talking about Mohan's appointment, Wadia says, "Mohan is young and talented, whose rich experience and track record will help E18 grow and achieve its growth targets for 2011-2012."
Mohan, who has an experience of almost 12 years in BTL, activation and in the events domain, completed his Masters in Communications Management from Symbiosis International University. He started his career with Encompass and was there for almost 10 years, to become national event services head and regional head, west.
