Multiple digital agencies were in the fray for the account, going through extensive rounds of evaluation. There was no digital AoR prior to Quasar's appointment. The development reflects the company's serious approach towards its digital media and creative strategy.

Confirming the development, Moneka Khurana, business director (West), Quasar, says, "We see this as a phenomenal opportunity to leverage Quasar's 360-degree capabilities to the maximum. We are excited to seek an opportunity to work with J K Helene Curtis after a long-drawn pitch process and look forward to this partnership to do cutting edge work together."

Quasar (West) manages clients such as Sharekhan, Colgate Palmolive, Eureka Forbes, Switzerland Tourism, and Tata AIG General Insurance, to name a few.

Anil Kulkarni, business director, J K Helene Curtis, says, "The digital medium is the medium of the future, and J K Helene Curtis would like to replicate its 'offline' success onto the 'online' platform. We feel that Quasar is the right partner as it offers end-to-end solutions. We are happy to partner it."
