Vizeum India wins media duties of XS Real

The property developer's business will be handled from the agency's Chennai office.

Aegis Media's Vizeum India has won the media duties of the Chennai-based property developer XS Real. The property giant had earlier reviewed Vizeum's past performance. The business will be handled from the agency's Chennai office. The agency will help XS Real to reach out to new customers in a captive manner and create brand ambassadors.

Commenting on the win, S Yesudas, managing director, Indian Subcontinent, Vizeum, says, "We welcome XS Real into the Vizeum family, and will work to ensure that the place the brand occupies, is further developed."

XS Real has three brands -- xqsit, Vibe and Fairsquare. The flagship brand xqsit offers luxury thematic bungalow apartments, while Vibe focusses on designing mid-sized dwellings. Fairsquare offers property for first-time home buyers.

According to S Suresh, chief marketing officer, XS Real, Vizeum's thinking is contemporary. "This is not one of the best times for our industry and we need a partner like Vizeum who will understand our business and think on our behalf," he says.
