Quadrant Communications will handle the creative and media duties for real-estate developer EMGEE Group. The agency won the business after a rigorous multi-agency pitch. The group plans to spend an estimated Rs 15 crore on media, this financial year. More than 50 per cent of the media spends will be dedicated to TV. The company also plans to use 360 degree communication including print, radio and outdoor.

The first task for the creative agency will be to develop communication for the group's new luxurious beach front project Anantam, in Dona Paula, Goa.

Sources close to the development have confirmed the news to afaqs!. Neither the client, nor the agency was available for comment.

The real-estate developer has recently roped in the father-daughter duo, actors Sonam Kapoor and Anil Kapoor, as brand ambassadors. The entire creative communication for the group will be weaved around the brand endorsers.

The group has more than four decades of experience in the real-estate segment. Led by Mudhit Gupta, founder, chairperson and managing director, the EMGEE Group is steadily ramping up its footprints globally, with luxury projects across India, Spain and Eastern Europe.

The constructions of the EMGEE Group are aided by acclaimed architect Sanjay Puri, who has been associated with the group for a long time, and has played a part in most projects.
