Sudha Natrajan promoted as CEO, Lintas Initiative Media

Prior to the promotion, Natrajan was deputy CEO, LMG.

In her new role, she will assume national responsibility for the newly-created Lintas Initiative Media, a full-service media and digital offer of LMG. Raghav Subramanian, who recently joined LMG as COO Lintas Initiative Media, will work under Natrajan.

"In this new digitally advanced world, it has become imperative for both media agencies and clients to redefine themselves constantly. My challenge is to ensure that Lintas Initiative Media is one of the most futuristic agencies in India," says Natrajan.

Natrajan, who has a degree in MBA, and 20 years of brand marketing, client servicing, and media management experience under her belt, moved base from Bengaluru to Gurgaon three years ago to oversee the LMG operation in that city. In February 2011, Natrajan was promoted as deputy CEO, as part of top management changes made by the company. She was given charge of the Gurgaon and Bengaluru LMG operations, as well as that of Digital Initiative. Before the promotion, she was president and COO, LMG.
