Swati Mohan is VP, programming and Ops, FOX International channels and NGC Network India

Swati Mohan has been roped in as the new vice-president, programming and operations for Fox International channels and the NGC Network India.

Prior to this, Mohan was national director, entertainment, sports and partnerships at Maxus.

"Mohan comes with a vibrant tapestry of experience in creating content for successful brands. I am confident that she will bring this experience to play to create engaging and relevant shows for our suite of channels and strengthen them even further," says Adyanthaya.

Mohan says, "I am happy to be associated with the Fox International bouquet of channels. National Geographic Channel and Fox Traveller are of the gold standard in their respective genres, and I will strive to create a great line-up of international and locally-produced content that will enhance the appeal of these channels in India. "

Armed with 12 years of experience, Mohan began her career as a copywriter at Ogilvy and Mather. She then moved to making content for television as an executive producer at FBC Media and Endemol.

In 2007, she moved to Group M and spent five years in the company, across Mindshare and Maxus. There, she successfully developed the space of brand building with the aid of specially created content for many advertisers across the country.

A literature graduate from Lady Sri Ram College, Mohan also has a Master's degree in Film and Television from Goldsmiths College, London.
