JWT, Mudra and R K Swamy BBDO part of Corporation Bank's creative roster

Corporation Bank has wrapped up its recently initiated creative pitch and has empanelled a set of eight agencies for the next two years. These include Magnum Intergrafiks, R K Swamy BBDO, Inter Publicity, Ad Syndicate, Sobhagya Advertising, Akar Advertising, JWT and Mudra.

The development is the result of a multi-agency pitch process that was conducted in Mangalore earlier this year.

It may be recalled that in February, 2011, afaqs! had reported that Corporation Bank had empanelled four creative agencies including R K Swamy BBDO, Ad Syndicate, Magnum Intergrafiks and Goldmine Advertising, to handle its creative duties.

Typically, the bank reviews its creative roster every two years.

In the past, Corporation Bank has utilised ATL (above the line), BTL (below-the-line) and digital media vehicles.

R K Swamy BBDO's media arm, Media Direction has handled the media planning and buying duties for Corporation Bank in the recent past.

For the record, Corporation Bank was started in 1906 and was nationalised in 1980.
