DHL scouts for creative partner

Global freight company DHL is on the lookout for creative agencies. The company has already conducted the first round of preliminary meetings and gathering of agency credentials.

As of now, about four agencies are in the fray for the account. In fact, a couple of days ago, the creative and strategy briefs were sent out to some of these agencies, on the lines of which they will now craft their pitch presentations.

The presentations are likely to be held in Mumbai.

Highly placed sources in the industry have confirmed the news to afaqs!.

The incumbent creative agency on the account is Proximity India.

180 Amsterdam is DHL's creative agency overseas. Most of the creative work that is released by DHL locally is adapted. As per a recent acquisition, adaptation agency Tag Worldwide is also involved with the brand's creative duties.

DHL India offers a range of logistics solutions to its customers. It has four business units, namely, DHL Express, Blue Dart Express, DHL Global Forwarding and DHL Supply Chain.

In India, the DHL business caters to its customers' trade needs such as international and domestic air express, domestic road express, air and ocean freight, international freight forwarding, supply chain management and customs brokerage.
