Magnon Solutions to handle social media duties of Haier

Digital media agency Magnon Solutions has won the social media account of Haier Appliances. Magnon has been handling the brand's corporate website since 2008. There was no pitch held for this account.

The agency will handle the social media services for Haier Appliances, with an aim to strengthen consumer interaction and create a face for the brand using social networking platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.

Commenting on the win, Vineet Bajpai, CEO and founder of Magnon Solutions, says, "Haier is a global brand with a local focus for its marketing strategy. Hence, the objective will be to retain the global appeal of the brand while offering a local connect. Our efforts at Magnon will be to enhance the overall interaction between the brand and its customers."

For the record, Magnon recently bagged the social media account of Luminous Technologies.
