Scarecrow Communications has promoted Kapil Tammal as executive creative director. Until recently, Tammal was creative director (art) for Scarecrow's Mumbai and Delhi offices.
Meanwhile, Tammal will continue with his additional responsibility as design director, Scarecrow Designs, a new division launched on Scarecrow's second anniversary.

Tammal studied at the Sir J J Institute of Applied Art and went on to join Concept Communication as visualiser. His next stint was as art director at Triton Communications, after which he went on to Umbrella Design as senior art director. His next move was McCann Erickson, where he worked for six years. Tammal joined Scarecrow Communications, Mumbai as creative director in February, 2010.
