Although his next destination is not decided yet, it is learnt that he may get into another agency or start up a new venture.
Bhatia says, "I was among the first few employees at this arm of the agency. I was responsible for setting up the marketing services and digital brand of Euro RSCG in India. It is not easy to part ways but one has to go on to newer things. I am looking forward to newer opportunities."
He has put in his papers and is currently serving his notice period at the organisation.
Bhatia has been in the industry for about 15 years. He completed MBA from Apeejay School of Marketing and joined Onida in 1997 as marketing executive. After working there for two years, he moved to IDC India in May, 1999 as senior analyst.
He shifted to Digitas (then Solutions Digitas) in April, 2001 as vice-president and head of planning. After five years, he moved on to join Euro RSCG in January, 2007.
