The brand plans to release its latest ad campaign by the end of this year.

Mudra Ahmedabad has retained the N K Proteins account, after the latter held a pitch process in Ahmedabad recently. The pitch was for the company's upcoming brands belonging to the edible oil category, a space in which the company already has prominent presence. The new brands will be launched in the market around the last quarter of this year.

The brand plans to get aggressive on the communication front shortly. The upcoming campaign, that will include TV, is slated to break around December.

Mudra already handles the creative duties for the company's existing oil brands. One Advertising, an Ahmedabad-based agency, has worked on the creative duties of this account before Mudra.

N K Proteins (also known as NKPL) was originally incorporated in 1992 as Maruti Proteins. The name of the company was changed to N K Proteins in 1993. The company is promoted by Nimish K Patel and Nilesh K Patel.

NKPL is engaged in the business of refining edible oils such as cotton seed oil, palmolein, sunflower oil, groundnut oil and vegetable oils. It markets edible oils under the brand name 'Tirupati', which is distributed and sold through the wholesale and retail chain of the domestic market.

NKPL also supplies refined edible oils to government organisations and exports castor oil, its derivatives and de-oiled cakes to various countries around the world.
