Minoti Nelson joins Mobilox as chief sales officer

Nelson was general manager and edition head of the Hindustan Times.

Mobile marketing solutions company Mobilox has roped in Minoti Nelson as chief sales officer. In her new role, she will report to Abhijit Saxena, CEO, Mobilox.

An MBA from NMIMS, Nelson was general manager and edition head of Hindustan Times. She joined HT Media in 2006 and under her leadership, HT Media saw a lot of categories and verticals achieve unprecedented revenue growth.

Talking about the development, Nelson says, "It is a new beginning and I am happy to take on this new responsibility. Mobile advertisement is a market waiting to explode and will see at least 6-10 times growth in revenue generation in the next three years."

Saxena says, "Minoti has a target-oriented approach in achieving her goals, which we feel will add a lot of value to this organisation."

Established in 2011, Mobilox offers technology solutions around mobile apps, mobile web, mobile games, location-based services and social media marketing.
