Social media strategy consulting agency, WATConsult has been appointed to handle the social and digital duties of Godrej Nature's Basket, the gourmet retail venture of the Godrej Group.
The agency already has an existing relationship with the Godrej Group working on brands such as Godrej Appliances, Godrej Locks and Godrej Security Solutions. Based on WATConsult's previous work for Godrej, the agency was invited to pitch for Godrej Nature's Basket before being awarded the business.
Having signed a yearly contract, WATConsult going forward will chalk out digital strategies and manage the brand's social media presence across different platforms.
Dingra tells afaqs! that the agency takes particular pride in its creative strength that found favour with the Godrej Group.
"We work fairly deep with our clients. And when it comes to Godrej, the group has seen the work we have done for its other brands and know we understand Godrej as a group and its vision well. We are proud of our creatives and were told that our presented strategy for Godrej Nature's Basket had a slight edge over others," he says.
