The incumbent on the business was Equus Red Cell.

Anil Vinayak, director, sales and marketing, Max Healthcare says that the team at Dentsu displayed a good appreciation of the healthcare consumer and the brand, making the agency the right partner.

Incidentally, this is the third Max India business won by Dentsu in the last six months. The agency is the creative partner for Max India's corporate business (the latest campaign being Saar jo tera chakrai) and Max Antara, a senior living facilities supported by the hospital.

Rohit Ohri, executive chairman, Dentsu India Group says that Max Healthcare wants the agency to help in defining what its brand stands for and what people can expect from it. Currently, the hospital has 12 facilities across North India and plans to aggressively expand further across the country. "The aim is to define the core of brand and translate it across all its touch points. The hospital has 15 touch points for its in-patient facilities. It also carries out promotional activities on preventive healthcare," he says. He adds that the agency will come up with a new 360 degree campaign in about 20 days.
