Reliance Communications has launched a first of its kind prepaid plan for its customers in partnership with Twitter in India. The plan, called 'Reliance Twitter Access Pack', will be available for all Reliance GSM subscribers as a part of a promotional offer for a period of 90 days during the T20 cricketing season.
