The website features the 'My Mahindra' section, which provides users a chance to view their vehicle service history. Besides, customers also have the option to rate the service advisors who attend their vehicles at the workshop. Further, there is a service cost estimator which provides the estimated cost for parts and labour for the scheduled services.

On the convenience front, customers can set and receive personalised reminders about their upcoming service/PUC/insurance/license renewal or view vehicle service history details, besides offering a wide range of information on service network, vehicle care, maintenance and value added services.

Arun Malhotra, chief sales and customer care officer, automotive division, Mahindra & Mahindra, says, "Mahindra has always endeavoured to be at the forefront of customer engagement. With the launch of www.withyouhamesha.com, we aim to take our customer's experience to a new level. Developed for utmost convenience, this initiative will provide a wholesome experience to our customers at the click of a button. We are sure that this will be a significant step towards achieving our goal of customer delight."

A USD 16.2 billion multinational group based in Mumbai, Mahindra employs more than 155,000 people in more than 100 countries. Mahindra operates in tractors, utility vehicles, after-market, information technology and vacation ownership segments.

Besides, Mahindra also enjoys presence in the agribusiness, aerospace, components, consulting services, defence, energy, financial services, industrial equipment, logistics, real estate, retail, steel, commercial vehicles and two wheeler industries.

In January, Mahindra had unveiled a new visual identity which is now being used as part of the product name for Mahindra's mobility offerings and as an 'endorser' for Mahindra's non-mobility offerings. The company also unveiled a new millennium logo, which will be used only as a vehicle badge for Mahindra's mobility products.
