Cannes 2013: Four Indian entries make it to the PR shortlist

While two of the shortlisted entries are from O&M Mumbai, Publicis Communications and BBDO Mumbai have one each.

The second shortlist on Day 1 of Cannes Lions 2013 is out.

Four entries from India out of the total 158 showed up in the PR Lions category shortlist. While Ogilvy & Mather India, Mumbai's two campaigns have been chosen, Publicis Communications, Gurgaon, and BBDO Mumbai also made it to the chart with one each.

The two shortlisted entries of O&M includs the work on Akanksha Foundation's school titled 'Classroom Mumbai' and Hindustan Unilever's campaign's Lifebuoy brand titled 'Lifebuoy roti reminder'. While the former is labelled under Charity & Not for Profit sub category, the latter comes under Corporate Responsibility sub-category.

Publicis Communication's work on 'Adopt a pothole project' for its client Apollo Tyres has been chosen under Automotive & Transport sub category.

Meanwhile, BBDO India, Mumbai, has been shortlisted for its 'Shave or crave' work done for P&G India's brand Gillette Fusion Gamer. The work lies in Best Integrated Campaign Led by PR sub category.

The total entries to the category from India were 27, this year. And, the category received 1,296 entries from agencies across the world.
