Tarun Chauhan bids adieu to JWT
He will be shifting to Hyderbad to pursue other opportunities.
Tarun Chauhan, managing partner, JWT India and head of JWT's Mumbai, has put in his papers. According to agency's official communique, Chauhan "leaves the company for personal reasons to pursue other opportunities". He will be shifting to Hyderabad.
Chauhan was managing the Mumbai office since August, 2010; his second stint at the agency. The agency adds that he played a key role in the branch's growth.
With 17 years of experience in the industry, Chauhan worked earlier with Lowe Lintas (from where he joined JWT) for nine years. He was instrumental in setting up Lowe's Mumbai office.
Some of the brands he has been associated with include Bajaj auto, Idea Cellular, ICICI USAID, Tata Tea, Tata Retail and Ginger Hotels.
