Contract appoints Vineet Mahajan as head of art, India

This is Mahajan's second stint at Contract after a gap of five years. He moves in from McCann Erickson, where he was head of art at its Delhi office.

This is his second stint at Contract after a gap of five years. He was earlier with the agency for three years, handling clients like Domino's, Honda Scooters & Motorcycles, British High Commission, NIIT, Dabur Shampoos & Soaps as well as Platinum and Spice telecom.

Mahajan will be based in Mumbai and will work closely with Ashish Chakravarty, national creative director.

Mahajan has been in advertising for over 15 years. He has worked with O&M, McCann Erickson and Contract. During his tenure with McCann Erickson, he had created award winning and highly celebrated work for his clients Nestle', Reebok, General Motors, Chicco, Coke, Videocon, Alchemist, IREO, Perfetti (Happydent), Aircel, Greenlam and Dabur.
