AD Design Handbook is a comprehensive guide that organises the most luxurious, iconic brands available in India. It targets architects, designers and design-focused homeowners.

The first edition of this editorial publication includes six main categories - living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, soft furnishing and decorative elements and will be available at the stands at a cost of Rs 250 across markets. Each page will have a product profile featuring the brand's most iconic products and where to buy them. It will be available on the stands from January 9.

Oona Dhabhar, director, marketing, Conde Nast India, says, "The AD Design Handbook is targeted at anyone working in the design space - such as interior designers, architects, new homeowners, design enthusiasts and other experts. The Design Handbook is an extensive compilation of the most exclusive home décor products and accessories available in India and will act as a ready reckoner for any design oriented reader."

GQ Luxe Addresses 2014 is a comprehensive 'luxury real estate guide' featuring the best luxury properties in the country across Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Bengaluru and Chennai. The guide has 80-100 pages of content showcasing the best and most luxurious properties in India. The 'by invitation only' supplement will be distributed free of cost with the magazine's January issue.

Dhabhar adds, "When it comes to homes, the affluent in the country are no longer happy with simple options, they are looking for more - exclusivity, sustainability, design, aesthetics, technology and lots more. Real estate developers have been prompt in adapting to these evolving needs and presenting options to the consumers. The luxury residences sector has seen immense growth and tremendous interest from the consumers. We believe GQ is best positioned to help curate an advertorial supplement that brings together some of the finest luxury homes in India."

The marketing for the supplements will be done mainly through digital promotions. Both of these have been designed by a contributing team hired for the projects and overseen by the editorial teams. The digital edition of all the supplements are available at www.magzter.com

In December 2013, the group had launched complimentary supplements with the Vogue and Conde Nast Traveller, titled Vogue Food and Drink Guide and 25 Amazing places to go to in 2014, respectively.

Vogue's Food and Drink guide was a high-end restaurant and bar guide featuring 80 plus locations across various cities - Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Goa, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai and Pune. It was a 'by invitation' only, advertorial supplement curated by Vogue as well as a panel of local food experts and consumers.

25 Amazing places to go to in 2014 was a complimentary supplement curated by Conde Nast Traveller in association with Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi for the December-January 2013-14 issue based on an informal editorial poll.
